I found the hotel location quite convenient. The parking garage offered both self-park and valet options. I appreciated the prompt and professional service from the staff. The beds provided excellent comfort.
The room lacked a refrigerator, which would have been convenient.

the staff were wonderful! i also got a refrigerator for my medications for a small upgrade. when my husband cut his toe, they sent someone with bandaids promptly.
i was disappointed by the lack of a refrigerator in the room. it would have been helpful for storing drinks and snacks. also, there was no microwave available for heating up leftovers.

Amazing Central Location!

I really appreciated the on-site food options. The location is also superb. It is central! The piano bar was fantastic. I enjoyed the music and went there every night.
The shower head didn't work perfectly. Water poured everywhere, and that was not ideal!

The lighting was not good. It was minimal in my room! There was no light at the desk. I needed to do work in the evenings, and there was no light at the seating area by the window. The TV went out too, and it constantly buffered every 5 minutes or so. I lost content
